FIORI DI ZUCCA FRITTI

Stuffed with mozzarella and anchovy. Served with roasted tomato sauce and pecorino romano.

The main course is :

INVOLTINI CON PROSCIUTTO E SCAMORZA

 beef roll, stuffed with rocket and scamorza cheese, wrapped in Parma ham. Served with cream of potatoes and a reduction of balsamic vinegar of Modena.
